Terms of Service

Last updated 12 October 2026

The rules for using Adsyst, kept as short and plain as we can make them.

01About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and New Horizon Software Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company in the United Kingdom, for your use of Adsyst. By creating an account or using Adsyst, you agree to them.

If you use Adsyst for a company, you agree to these terms on its behalf and confirm you’re allowed to. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

02The service

Adsyst gives you AI agents that learn your brand, make social media content, publish it to the accounts you connect, and measure it against your sales.

Adsyst is in closed beta. Features may change, be added or be removed, and things may sometimes not work as expected. We’ll tell you before any part of Adsyst starts to cost money, and you won’t be charged without agreeing to it first.

03Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give us accurate information.
  • Keep your login safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Tell us straight away at hello@horizonsoftware.co.uk if you think someone else has used it.

04Connected accounts

When you connect a social account (such as TikTok, Instagram or LinkedIn) or a sales tool, you allow Adsyst to act on it as you set up — for example, to publish posts at the times you or your agents schedule. You can disconnect it at any time.

You must only connect accounts you own or are allowed to manage, and follow each platform’s own terms and rules. Platforms may limit, refuse or remove posts, and can change their services at any time; we can’t control that.

05Your content

You own your content — the brand material you give us and the posts made for you in Adsyst. You give us permission to use it only as needed to run Adsyst for you, including sending it to the providers and platforms described in our Privacy Policy.

You must have the rights to anything you upload or ask your agents to use, such as images, logos and product photos.

06AI-made content

Your agents use AI to write, design and plan. AI can make mistakes, so you’re responsible for what’s published from your accounts. You choose whether posts wait for your approval or go out on their own.

It’s up to you to make sure your posts are accurate and follow the law and advertising rules where you sell — including any rules on labelling AI-made content or marking posts as promotions.

07Results

Adsyst is built to grow your sales, but we can’t promise any particular result. Reach, engagement and sales depend on many things outside our control, including the platforms themselves.

08Acceptable use

Don’t use Adsyst to:

  • break the law, or the rules of the platforms you post to;
  • publish anything misleading, hateful, harassing or infringing someone else’s rights;
  • spam, or pretend to be someone you’re not;
  • attack, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the security of Adsyst.

09Ending your use

You can stop using Adsyst at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we have to for legal or security reasons. Where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first.

10Liability

During the beta, Adsyst is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running well, but we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

We aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for lost profits, sales, revenue or data. Our total liability to you is limited to what you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Adsyst changes. We’ll update the date at the top, and if a change matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using Adsyst after that, the new terms apply.

12Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any disputes. Questions? Email hello@horizonsoftware.co.uk.
